Industry affiliate programs represent an established collaboration model for corporates seeking exposure and access to the cutting edge research and talent emerging from Columbia University. Each program has its own unique benefits, which may include access to Columbia’s excellent faculty and students, experiential learning partnerships, and exclusive invitations to meetings and events. Often times, there is a membership fee involved in joining an industry affiliate program. Columbia Electrochemical Energy Center (CEEC)
The Columbia Electrochemical Energy Center (CEEC) is using a multiscale approach to discover groundbreaking technology and accelerate commercialization in the field of electrochemical energy. CEEC brings together faculty and researchers from across the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences who study electrochemical energy with interests ranging from electrons to devices to systems.

Columbia Business School Corporate and Foundation Partners Program
With the Corporate and Foundation Partners Program, Columbia Business School partners with the corporations that continually make the School’s innovative work possible. Sponsors are offered an array of opportunities to engage with our diverse, vibrant community.

Data Science Institute Industry Affiliates Program
The Data Science Institute is a truly interdisciplinary effort – encompassing nine schools at the university. Through integration of mathematical, statistical, and computer science foundations with other fields of endeavor, the Institute enables better healthcare, smarter cities, new media, secure communications and data-driven innovation in the finance and public sectors.

Electromagnetic Methods Research Consortium (EMRC)
The Electromagnetic Methods Research Consortium (EMRC) supports research in electromagnetic (EM) exploration methods at the Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory (LDEO) at Columbia University. Research topics include innovating and testing new survey methods, developing novel data processing, modeling and inversion codes, analysis of survey data sets, and advancing EM geophysical theory.
